About the AVTE Conference

The AVTE Annual Conference brings together internationally known thought leaders and front-line innovators to educate the next generation of Veterinary Technician Leaders. Each year, the AVTE Conference Committee will accept proposals for sessions that:

  • Support the association’s mission of promoting quality education in veterinary technology;
  • Introduce new, unique, and successful methods of teaching today’s college students;
  • Incorporate interactive learning methods (not completely lecture-based); and
  • Would be taught by professionals known for their exceptional teaching styles

The AVTE Annual Conference brings together educators from across the US and Canada, and we couldn't have this event without our generous sponsors. At an AVTE conference, attendees have time to form true partnerships to provide solutions today and influence the next generation of veterinary professionals. Don't miss your opportunity to join these leaders in our field. You can lock in the 2025 sponsorship and exhibitor pricing if you confirm your participation before January 31, 2026. Customized sponsorship packages are always available. For more information, please contact Michele Von Deak at 888-859-8832 or [email protected].

Exhibitors know the AVTE Annual Conference is one not to miss. Not only is it a chance for hands-on demos and real conversations about solutions, AVTE educators bring their own insights on what the future of veterinary medicine needs.
