Virtual Town Hall On Adapting Courses to Online Formats

Join the AVTE for a panel discussion on best practices in adapting courses to online formats. You will hear from experienced faculty from two of the completely online programs on best practices within a veterinary technology program. Additionally, the panel will include an instructor who will share her experiences in moving completely online during the Covid-19 pandemic. Rounding out the panel will be an expert in distance education from outside the field.

The conversation will speak to effective communication practices in the online format as well as how to engage students online with interactive assignments while holding them to the high standards of the profession. Skill documentation will also be addressed.
