JAVTE Call for Papers

Call for Papers: Critical Thinking

“Critical thinking” manuscripts should discuss innovative and successful programs or practices implemented to enhance learner’s critical thinking skills – questioning, defining problems, examining evidence, analyzing assumptions, considering other’s interpretations and self-reflection.

Quick Tip submissions are also being accepted (500 words or less) on incorporating critical thinking exercises to support this higher level of thinking in the teaching and learning process.

Based upon space available, we will also accept manuscripts that are not related to critical thinking.

Estimated delivery for JAVTE3 is Summer 2016

Manuscripts must be submitted by May 1, 2016 to JAVTEEditor@gmail.com

Please read the publication guidelines provided on the AVTE Website under the JAVTE tab for style guidelines.

The AVTE is Looking to Improve our Members Only Area

We would like to "beef up" our members only section.  Why reinvent the wheel?  Lets work together to improve our teaching abilities and make our lives easier!  If you have case studies, rubrics, photos etc. that you think other members might benefit from please send them to dschumacher@avte.net and she will list it in the members only area!   Please understand that your submissions will be available for other AVTE dues paid members to use.
